About The Role
Days of Working:
Monday - Friday, 3pm to 9pm
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals' goals to enhance performance
Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria
Must have Right to Work in the ROI
Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in delivering effective customer service
Supervision capability
Employee improvement/training
