Based in West Dublin, working fully on site, youll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing busy workplaceYour day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful, including: Collaborate with site leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and future talent needs.
Lead workforce planning and partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
Launch initiatives that boost employee morale, foster inclusivity, and enhance workplace culture.
Guide performance management, identify training needs, and support career development across the site.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, ensuring policies and practices are legally sound and people-focused.
Work with HR service teams to deliver seamless onboarding, benefits support, and day-to-day HR processes.
