Link Personnel Services have been instructed by our Client, headquartered in Cork, on a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Vacancy.
The Corporate and Commercial team comprises a highly regarded group of transactional and commercial contract lawyers spread across our 3 offices in Cork, Dublin and Galway.
The team have diverse skill sets and levels of experience and share a passion for delivering workable commercial solutions to the legal issues faced by their clients.
They take real pride in what they do for their clients and enjoy leveraging their team dynamic to achieve this.

Associates with a minimum of 5 years of general corporate experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm are encouraged to apply.
Acting for a broad mix of Irish, international, private and public sector clients, the corporate team advises on all areas of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.
The corporate team works closely with other specialist units within the firm to offer coordinated legal advice on areas such as tax, employment, commercial property, and a range of regulatory areas.
The Candidate:
have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
be a qualified Solicitor (in Ireland or England and Wales), ideally with a minimum of 5years relevant post qualification experience in a corporate and commercial team in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm;
have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, transactions;
be proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships; and
have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
