Barden is partnering with a leading and long-established commercial law firm in Cork seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor.

The firm has been involved in the acquisition, construction, and development of numerous retail, office, and industrial projects throughout the country.

You will primarily act on behalf of developers in land acquisition and disposal, financing transactions, commercial leasing, way leaves, and advice on construction and development law. You will also work closely with the Insolvency and Restructuring Team advising liquidators, receivers, examiners, landlords, tenants, purchasers, and vendors in managing and disposing of distressed properties.

PROFILE:

  • Irish qualified Solicitor ideally with 1-3 years' PQE, but more experienced Solicitors will also be considered.
  • Strong commercial property experience, preferably gained in a commercial law firm; applications from Solicitors in smaller firms with residential and high-quality commercial property experience are also welcome.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and drafting skills.
