Job Title: Commercial Property and Asset Manager

We are seeking a seasoned commercial property expert to spearhead our company's asset management operations.

This senior-level role entails managing property sales and leasing negotiations, coordinating new site acquisitions, and overseeing portfolio management activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, IT proficiency, and project management expertise.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Director of Commercial Operations and be responsible for driving business growth through strategic decision-making and effective stakeholder engagement.

  • A third-level degree in Business Studies or a relevant field.
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor (SCSI/RICS) is preferred.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
