Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal counsel to developers, investors, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Work on the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential real estate interests, as well as development schemes, secured finance, and commercial leasing.
  • Partner with Corporate and Tax teams on interdisciplinary projects supporting major corporate and property transactions.

Requirements
  • A qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of relevant experience in commercial property.
  • Exceptional analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A strong growth mindset and openness to feedback.
