Job Opportunity: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

The firm is seeking a skilled Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm;
  • Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently;
  • A strong business sense and ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships;
