About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PSL to join our team.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the firm's knowledge resources, including maintaining the precedent bank and practice notes, overseeing online knowledge resources and subscription services, and facilitating the dissemination of technical know-how throughout the firm.
Oversee and develop the firm's legal education and training programs, including creating an annual CPD training schedule, delivering training sessions, and sourcing external speakers as needed.
Monitor legal and market developments, alert relevant teams to updates, and serve as the firm's trusted knowledge expert on technical legal issues.
Perform additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
Background and Experience
Professional Support Lawyers with at least 5 years of experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm are encouraged to apply.
