Plant Office Administrator
What You'll Do
As the backbone of our plant operations, you'll play a key role in keeping everything on track.
Your day-to-day will include:
Championing safety by following and promoting our safety-first culture.
Coordinating deliveries and working with carriers, recyclers, and our transportation team.
Managing production, inventory, and transportation reports through customer portals.
Handling payroll, PTO, and attendance tracking with precision.
Supporting employees with onboarding, leave requests, and other HR paperwork.
Keeping records and files organized and up to date.
Communicating professionally with everyone from drivers to vendors to plant leadership.
Jumping in to help with customer service and other duties as needed.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's:
Experienced in administrative work (big plus if it's in a warehouse or manufacturing setting).
A master of multitasking, organization, and time management.
Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems.
A strong communicator—written, verbal, and email.
Customer-focused and team-oriented.
Bilingual in Spanish?
That's a big plus
Forklift experience?
Also a plus, but not required.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
