This role provides expertise to support the Psychological Health Team, primarily assisting employees and contractors exposed to potentially graphic or objectionable content.
Psychological Health Business Partner Responsibilities:
Partner with teams to ensure safety and well-being standards for employees and contractors engaging with graphic content.
Support the design and measurement of psychological health programs for impacted workers.
Advise business leaders on work impact and propose solutions to Program Managers.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Employment Law, HR, Employee Relations, and leadership.
Conduct market research and leverage industry best practices for program delivery.
Develop and deliver psychological health workshops and trainings, including bespoke sessions.
Provide consultation and coaching to leadership on employee well-being, especially in urgent situations.
Create internal communication content on resiliency and mental health.
Support teams exposed to graphic content with consultation and resources.
Coordinate strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement to meet milestones.
Travel approximately 30% for role requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree in psychology or related field.
Accreditation/registration with a relevant regulatory body.
Licensed as Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent (US) or equivalent internationally.
5+ years leadership and project management experience.
Experience working with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral Degree in psychology or related field.
Experience in occupational health and safety.
Experience in tech or BPO industries.
Knowledge of compliance and risk assessments in multiple countries.
Ability to collaborate across time zones and regions.
