Job Title: Psychological Health Business Partner

This role involves providing expertise to support the psychological health team, primarily assisting employees and contractors exposed to potentially graphic or objectionable content.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with teams to ensure safety and well-being standards for employees and contractors engaging with graphic content.
  • Support the design and measurement of psychological health programs for impacted workers.
  • Advise business leaders on work impact and propose solutions to program managers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employment law, HR, employee relations, and leadership.
  • Conduct market research and leverage industry best practices for program delivery.
  • Develop and deliver psychological health workshops and trainings, including bespoke sessions.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to leadership on employee well-being, especially in urgent situations.
  • Create internal communication content on resiliency and mental health.
  • Support teams exposed to graphic content with consultation and resources.
  • Coordinate strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement to meet milestones.
  • Travel approximately 30% for role requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in psychology or related field.
  • Accreditation/registration with a relevant regulatory body.
  • Licensed as Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent (US) or equivalent internationally.
  • 5+ years leadership and project management experience.
  • Experience working with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctoral Degree in psychology or related field.
  • Experience in occupational health and safety.
  • Experience in tech or BPO industries.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk assessments in multiple countries.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and regions.
