Workplace Health Specialist Role

  • We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to play a key role in shaping health and wellbeing practices in the workplace.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Case management of employee health issues
  • Workplace assessments to identify potential health risks
  • Health surveillance of employees to prevent work-related health problems
  • Identifying and preventing work-related health problems through workforce monitoring and health needs assessments
  • Development and implementation of health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
  • Delivery of education and training programmes to promote employee health and wellbeing
  • Risk assessment and risk management to ensure a safe working environment
  • Return-to-work management for employees who have been absent due to illness or injury
">Requirements:">
  • Registered General Nurse with An Bord Altranais
  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Health (or currently studying)
  • Previous experience in a similar Occupational Health role
  • Strong case management skills
