What you will do as a Recruitment Consultant; youll play a key role in driving our success by managing the full 360 recruitment cycle: Build and nurture client relationships with new and existing businesses.
Source top talent through headhunting, advertising, and networking.
Guide candidates through the process from first call to job offer Negotiate offers, close placements, and celebrate your wins Collaborate with a supportive team that shares success (and plenty of laughs).
