Marketing & Business Development Manager Ireland (Legal) Location: Dublin 2 Type: Full-Time | Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week Contract:Contract (12 month) Are you a dynamic and strategic marketing and business development professional ready to help shape the growth of a top-tier legal brand in Ireland?
A leading global law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their Dublin office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing law firms in the region, supporting ambitious client initiatives and campaigns across Ireland and internationally.
About the Role: Youll be an integral part of a collaborative and innovative team, reporting to senior leaders and playing a hands-on role in executing business development strategies, leading key pitches, driving brand visibility, and supporting firm-wide campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities: Drive the execution of business development and marketing plans aligned with the firms Ireland growth strategy Lead pitch and proposal development, ensuring high-impact submissions Deliver marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives Manage internal and external communications, with a strong focus on digital and content strategy Build sector-specific client engagement strategies in collaboration with international teams Oversee directory submissions and CRM best practices Collaborate across global teams to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure alignment Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in a business development or marketing role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment Demontrable people management experience Strong writing, communication and project management skills A proactive, confident, and solutions-oriented mindset Experience managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality output under pressure Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and content development If you are interested in this role, please apply to ine at Lex Consultancy.
