A full-time vacancy has arisen for the role of a time and attendance administrator within Vhi Health & Wellbeing (H&W) DAC based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will support the H&W Clinical teams with the co-ordination and operational management of time and attendance-related activities across several service lines within H&W.
This role will also support the business in the implementation of improved people-related systems and processes.
Key Accountabilities Coordinate the time and attendance inputs across a number of service lines in H&W; Supporting time and attendance tasks such as extracting and checking data, running reports and data cleansing activities; Collaborate with internal stakeholder to ensure accurate timesheet processing working closely with HR and Finance; Support management by providing upskilling and systems training where required; Consolidate and manage the accurate inputs required for time and attendance as per the payroll cycle e.g monthly timesheets, track holiday accrual and support colleagues with time and attendance queries as appropriate; Review and suggest improvement to existing time and attendance procedures Support the implementation of a new timesheet system Assist in ad hoc business and projects as and when required.
Skills and Abilities Technical: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill Proven attention to details and accuracy Ability to meet agreed deadlines and priorities as appropriate Education & Knowledge: Experience with time and attendance activities and systems advantageous.
Experience with clinical admin duties would be a distinct advantage.
Highly competent in Microsoft excel Proven experience in operational internal controls Demonstrate alignment with Vhi Values Note: This role profile does not set out to capture every task to be carried out by the role holder, but instead provides an overview of the main responsibilities of the job.
