We are now recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a respected and well-run nursing home in Finglas.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a clinical leader who brings not only experience, but genuine empathy, integrity, and kindness to their role.

What We're Looking For: ?
A current NMBI registration ?
Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level ?
A warm, person-centred approach to both residents and staff ?
Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance ?
A calm, supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a positive environment This is more than just a management role - it's a chance to make a meaningful difference every day and help shape the future of care in a home where residents are truly at the heart of everything.
