Job Title: Site Manager
Department: Installations
Location: Head Office, Dublin 12
Reporting to: Contracts Manager

We provide Retail and Commercial Design Services, Fit-Out and Merchandising solutions to all Retail Sectors.
This role would suit an ambitious Site Manager seeking to progress their career in a fast-growing organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Able to step in and operate tools when needed or oversee multiple tasks and team in a supervisory capacity
Managing all shopfitting activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
Coordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
Ordering/booking in materials for each phase of the project
Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to project manager
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Preparing and maintaining site documentation, including progress reports and records
Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the process
Maintaining quality control checks
Motivating the workforce
Requirements / Person Specification
Qualifications: A technical/construction or honours degree is an advantage but not essential
Safe Pass & Manual Handling required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Previous Site management experience essential
A minimum 3-year joinery/Shop fit experience is required
Must have a good working knowledge of installations
Knowledge of building, construction and retail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be PC literate - Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project etc.
Flexible and can adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and leadership skills
Good initiative and logical thinking skills
Be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and to travel across the Island of Ireland (both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland) as well as the UK as required
A full clean driver's licence which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilities
