We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven German-speaking Business Development Specialist to help us power the next phase of our growth.As the first voice our future clients hear, you'll play a vital role in our success—laying the groundwork for strong customer relationships and new business opportunities.What You'll Be DoingCollaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to build and execute impactful prospecting strategiesIdentify high-potential companies that can benefit from our solutionsCraft, test, and refine outreach messaging across various industries, channels, and buyer personasBecome an expert in identifying and qualifying leads that align with our ideal customer profileWhat We're Looking ForFluency in German and English1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (inbound or outbound)A motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding goalsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCurious, coachable, and eager to grow your career in SaaS salesWhat's in It for You67, OTE in your first year (Base salary: 43,)Hybrid work model – 2 days/week remotePrivate healthcare and pension schemePermanent, full-time positionEquity plan – share in the company's successClear and exciting career progression opportunitiesReady to take the next step in your sales career with a company that's going places?
