Kildare Salary:Negotiable DOE Project:€32M Residential development An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded residential developer on a live housing development in Kildare.
Known for delivering high-quality homes across Ireland and the UK for over 30 years, this award-winning company is recognised for its focus on design, build quality, and creating sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of all site operations on a live residential development.
Supervision of subcontractors, trades, and direct staff to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
Oversee Health & Safety compliance, inductions, and toolbox talks.
Monitor workmanship and quality in line with building regulations and company standards.
Liaise with design teams, engineers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage snagging and handover process to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing or apartment schemes.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
Background in construction management, engineering, or relevant trade qualification.
Ability to deliver high-quality housing schemes on time and within budget.
