We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical projects from initiation through completion.
The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with industry regulations to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize pharmaceutical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Facilitate communication across departments including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or PMP certification preferred.
Proven working experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
