Commercial Manager

My client is a leading Tier 1 Building Contractor working across Data Centres, Residential, Civils, and Commercial projects in Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
Due to ongoing success and a large pipeline of future projects, they are seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the customer, their representatives, and other third parties on commercial issues, including the agreement of additional monies.
Manage project costs and value, ensuring appropriate systems and procedures are in place.
Identify unacceptable terms and conditions and negotiate contracts with clients.
Possess detailed knowledge and experience of the project cost management system and provide guidance to others.
Develop innovative systems to control and monitor direct works cost and financial performance.
Manage complex Project Cost Reporting systems, with the capacity to analyze data and identify trends.
Propose actions in response to changing client and stakeholder needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
Completed a relevant third-level qualification.
15+ years of experience in commercial civils management and leadership.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience with bonds, warranties, and insurances.
Financial management expertise.
