We are seeking a driven professional to join our expanding team in Cork, with responsibility for
end-to-end project delivery
— from design review and planning through to successful handover.
This is a high-visibility role where you'll
lead teams, manage subcontractors, and build strong client relationships
while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
What You'll Do
Take full ownership
of roofing projects from contract award to close-out.
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
, driving performance and accountability.
Oversee
budget, schedule, safety, and quality
to achieve best-in-class project outcomes.
Act as the
primary client contact
, ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction.
Drive a culture of
continuous improvement, safety, and technical excellence
.
What We're Looking For
Degree in
Engineering, Construction Management
, or related field.
Several years' experience managing construction or roofing projects.
Proven leadership in
project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
.
Knowledge of
Irish health & safety regulations
and strong technical/engineering capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
