Responsibilities:
Client Support and Advocacy
: Assess clients' needs and provide counseling, resources, and advocacy to help them navigate personal, financial, or social challenges.
Case Management
: Develop and implement care plans for individuals, families, or communities, coordinating services and monitoring progress toward goals.
Crisis Intervention
: Respond to emergencies, providing immediate support and referrals to ensure safety and access to necessary services.
Requirements:
Degree in Social Work
CORU Registration
Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
