Ad-Tech - Agency Big 6 - French Sales & Operations Lead

In this role, you will help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.
The role involves coaching and developing a world-class team, as well as developing programs to scale sales operations, solve customer problems upstream, and grow revenues by delivering a world-class customer sales experience to millions of customers.

Some of your responsibilities:
Lead through demonstration; this is a high-profile client-facing role, requiring proven ability to engage clients and demonstrate high levels of sales acumen while coaching your team to raise standards.
Lead a high-performing team focused on supporting and scaling Strategic Digital Marketing agencies and their advertisers.
Identify strategic areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success.
Manage customer and client stakeholder relationships.
Develop, coach, and manage your team to ensure operational excellence.
Identify top talent and participate in the interview process to build and maintain the highest team standards.
Motivate and inspire your team by leading by example in a goal- and results-oriented manner.
Provide leadership, support, and development to team members, leveraging their strengths.
Proven experience working with or at Digital Marketing Agencies with a strong understanding of the agency landscape within digital marketing.
+5 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Team Lead or similar role, with a successful track record of building and managing strong teams and large agency/advertiser accounts.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to nurture and drive mutually beneficial outcomes with both clients and internal stakeholders.
