About the Role
As a General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operations and success of one of our vibrant venues.
You will lead a passionate team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance while maintaining the unique NolaClan atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver top-tier service.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient venue management.
Manage budgets, stock, and financial performance to drive profitability.
Develop and implement staff training programs to foster career growth and excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Handle customer concerns proactively, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies.
About You
Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Ability to foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
