Experienced Food and Beverage Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Food & Beverage Assistants to join our Food & Beverage team in at Dublin’s Leading Castle Hotel. The Clontarf Castle Hotel in Dublin, Ireland is a perfect blend of a boutique and luxury hotel, providing unique style and exceptional service in comfortable surroundings. The objective of the Role Under the general guidelines of the Departmental Supervisor/Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in restaurants across the hospitality and have a wealth of knowledge on Food & Beverage offerings as well as demonstrating a great passion for the F&B Function within the hotel and providing exceptional guest service. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel. To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures. To maximise sales and revenue in the F&B outlets at all times. To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner To deliver at all times the highest quality of beverage and food service in our Food and Beverage outlets Requirements: Previous experience working in a busy hotel F&B outlet is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative. Strong Customer Focus essential.
