Commercial Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager with 1-2 years experience who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service Interviews will be taking place in January 2025.
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland.
The Company has delivered bespoke sales software solutions to Clients across Europe for 15 years & their team delivers outstanding customer experiences globally
Duties & responsibilities will include:
- Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure consist excellent customer experience
- Manage and prioritize client requests & ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Keep clients informed of the progress of their work & provide regular updates & reports
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure excellent execution of client projects
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review progress and discuss future plans
- Support the senior management team in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Provide support to the MD in setting up Client meetings
Experience & Skills required:
- 1-2 years experience in Account Management; Client facing experience is essential
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills & able to build rapport easily with clients
- Excellent ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring excellent attention to detail & 1st class customer
service
- High level of professionalism & able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & CRM software
- Experience with HubSpot ideally
- If you are fluent in German - This would be a distinct advantage
