We are currently looking for a Social Content Creator to join a highly progressive and successful digital media company based in Dublin, one that develops creative content solutions for diverse audiences across its various international and world leading brands.

Responsibilties:

 Generate daily socially driven and optimized video and static content tailored for Lovin's social platforms, with a particular emphasis on Instagram and TikTok. Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions focused on identifying trends, developing video concepts, refining content strategies, and other initiatives for Lovin's channels. Introduce fresh ideas and innovative concepts for social media content creation, while staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.  Evaluate content performance, propose areas for improvement, and collaborate closely with the 'Head of Social & Content Strategy' and the Lovin Brand Director to shape the future of social media content creation. Provide support across a spectrum of editorial, commercial, and sales projects. Aid in the execution of commercial campaigns.  Conceptualize and produce new social-first video content series suitable for wide-scale distribution.  Engage partner brands on social platforms through imaginative content and on-screen prowess, working collaboratively with various departments (editorial, creative, client services) to fulfill client requirements and KPIs while upholding brand values.  Adaptability and efficient multitasking are crucial as the weekly schedule may involve coordination across different locations and stakeholders.

Requirements

Previous involvement as a content creator (video, graphics) within a dynamic publisher or media environment. Possess advanced proficiency in in-app editing (TikTok, Reels) and familiarity with mobile editing apps for swift video production. Demonstrated success in pitching, storyboarding, directing (or assisting) projects from initial concept to final realization.  Diverse portfolio highlighting concise social video formats tailored for social media platforms, emphasizing on-camera presentation.  Established track record in crafting digital media content.  Innovative thinker adept at contributing to brainstorming sessions for both editorial and commercial purposes. Effective verbal communication abilities.  Confident and compelling on-screen demeanor.  Capable of generating creative content across various mediums, including text, imagery, and video.  Willingness to adapt to varying work hours, including weekends and evenings, with compensatory time provided.
