About the Role

:

The Global Integrated Marketing team sits within the Consumer Marketing organization at Gen, focused on bringing compelling stories and advertising to life across our portfolio of consumer brands around the world. The team is responsible for developing compelling communication strategies to support our brands & product portfolio and work to bring those strategies to life creatively across the organization – this includes the development of campaign toolkits plus video and radio production in partnership with creative agencies as well as full-funnel channel planning with our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This role will report to the Head of Global Integrated will support efforts across our portfolio of consumer brands. The right candidate should have a broad marketing background and understand the foundational elements involved in campaign planning from strategy through execution. This person must be comfortable in an incredibly dynamic environment and have exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

This person will support marketing efforts across our portfolio of consumer brands, leading some activities independently as well as being a support role in larger activities. Specific responsibilities include:

Drives all produced radio creative with an in-house creative agency in partnership with media & insights teams Works with brand leads to develop messaging strategies for key products, seasons, topical stories, etc. to become the foundation of campaign activities Supports the campaign development process including brief development, creative reviews and feedback, packaging playbooks, and communicating across teams as assets are available and drives the end-to-end process for select initiatives Supports the creation of video content in partnership with brand leaders, in-house creative agencies, and external agencies Drives key product launch efforts via GTM planning by driving conversations across teams and leading planning and prioritization efforts, as well as foundational asset creation to support all GTM teams Partners with channel teams on testing initiatives and infuses learnings into broader advertising programs Plays a central role in connecting all pieces of the consumer journey and ensuring all communications are on strategy and consistent Builds summarized go-to-market plans working across teams to pull together a full view of activities Manages post-mortem process to understand campaign performance, making recommendations for future campaigns leveraging performance data & consumer insights Manages project budgets and accurate forecasting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required 5-7 years of marketing experience Experience in Integrated Marketing or Campaigns preferred – executing strategies across channel assets and GTM teams Some experience with client-side video and audio production with a foundational understanding of the production process and the role of being the client Understanding media strategies and planning a plus Experience working with creative agencies & advertising teams preferred Ability to communicate, partner, and drive cross-functionally in a highly dynamic organization Curiosity and desire to learn and grow Extremely high attention to detail Exceptional project & time management skills Ability to multi-task and be motivated by a fast-paced environment Process & timeline driven
