Dublin, Ireland Primeline Group Full time

PRIMELINE will provide customer service and call centre services from Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:00 excluding bank holidays, including training and induction of all call centre staff for the Ballygowan Watercooler Services, Aqua Libra Taps (ALT) and Point of Use (POU) cooler offerings water which collectively comprise Ballygowan Sustainable Solutions. Specific tasks and responsibilities for Ballygowan Sustainable Solutions include:

 

General Responsibilities:

      Handle incoming telephone calls / customer care inquiries.

      Handle outbound call projects to increase volumes and revenue.

      Enter sales orders into in house system (One Posting) as required

      Enter incoming customer care inquiries and service calls into One Posting.

      Outbound calling to be book in engineers to complete maintenance or service calls ALT & POU 

      Maintain One Posting sales data and notes on every call.

      Accurate input and processing of all orders

      Trouble Shooting service/leakers calls for ALT and POU

      Note any changes to customer accounts and notify relevant personnel including Accounts Receivable, Sales & Logistic

      Respond to customer queries re: delivery schedules/delivery dates, service calls.

      Timely handling of queries/issues raised by customers (internal and external)

 

Liaising with Sales team:

      Inform relevant Sales personnel of any issues raised by customers or any specific sales enquires for ALT & POU

 

Telesales

      Upsell All Ballygowan Sustainable Solutions product range to current & new customers.

      Awareness sales drive on all Ballygowan Sustainability Solutions Products

      Provide high standard of customer care to all customers.
