Job description i as under


  • Provide an efficient and effective Customs Clearance Service ensuring administration procedures are carried out in line with Revenue and GLS standards.
  • Produce metrics and reports for assigned customers as required - daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Undertake new tasks, in line with business development, as directed by Customs Manager.
  • Communicate with the operations departments on a daily basis.
  • Ensure company issues are effectively worked in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all data sent to Revenue is fully accurate within timelines
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using Thyme IT software.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Liaise with both internal and external customers and ensure all clearance queries and requests are resolved/followed through in a timely and effective manner.


While this is a 8 am to 5 pm shift , Monday to Friday , it may also be expected to do an evening shift should

a work colleague go on leave. Appropriate cross training shall be provided.
