We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst in Region to join Procore’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will drive business growth by providing actionable insights and regional operational reporting.
You’ll partner directly with Revenue Operations and regional Revenue Leadership to understand business problems, identify opportunities, and improve decision-making through actionable insights and business intelligence.
This position will report to our Director, Revenue Operations, EMEA. The candidate must be based in Dublin.
What you’ll do:
Understand and improve Regional reporting
Interpret key metrics to identify business risks & opportunities by developing a strong understanding of the drivers behind regional revenue performance
Partner closely with regional leadership to understand their reporting needs, help make data-driven business decisions, and influence strategy
Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate them into insights that can be interpreted and actioned by business executives and stakeholders
Partner with Analytics team to execute ad-hoc needs and inform future roadmap
Work with a centralized analytics team to create self-service business reports and dashboards within Tableau, Salesforce, etc.
Serve as the liaison between the regional and Revenue Analytics teams to share regional needs to influence and guide development roadmaps.
Partner with Operational leaders to provide data for QBRs and key projects
Serve as the analytical lead for quarterly business reviews, providing data and analysis on ongoing business performance.
Provide regional data and insights for key strategic projects and run the business initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
To be an ideal candidate for this position, you must love to solve complex problems, have a passion for data and analytics in support of driving business decisions, and be comfortable working with leaders and stakeholders of all levels. In this role, you will be highly collaborative, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and scale.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field
5+ years of experience working as a business analyst in operations supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams, experience in SaaS preferred
Ability to solve work independently, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present data to business audiences of all levels
Data-driven with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
Effectively visualize data for presentations
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Tableau required
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Project management skills preferred
