Production Administrator

At Silent Aire, aJohnson Controlscompany, we specialize in designing, engineering, and manufacturing hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. With 13 manufacturing facilities and 3000 employees worldwide, our innovative offerings like modular data centers and power room modules have earned the trust of top hyperscale cloud providers and data center operators.
We are currently looking for an HR & Production Administrator to join our team and take responsibility for all production administration duties assigned by the Plant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the production function.
What you will do
Collate payroll queries, holiday requests & management of holidays
Assistance in setting of new personnel on Workday (some access level to TMS system)
Administrative assistance in recruiting new staff
Reviewing daily clocking issues; highlight these and rectify; Clocking correctly to correct jobs
Maintain accurate personnel files including attendance details
Promote and support personnel with company benefits eg healthcare & pension applications etc
Deal with administrative requests & liaise with HR pension forms, copy of contracts, Paternity forms
Coordinate new personnel induction into plants & Access badge allocation
Manage Personnel locker allocation
Maintain PPE stocks
Maintain contract cleaners’ stocks
Facilitate Orders from the Production Floor Tools , PO’s
Dealing with printing / Label, laminate requests from the Floor for outgoing AHU units
Reception presence from time to time. Visitor log maintained & gate control
Schedule Meetings/ Training, booking rooms
Support preparation of morning DSU details & additional information for Supervisors
Manage all Company Notice Boards
Perform other duties as required
What we look for
Communication is primarily internal to the management team and office staff
External contacts potentially include representing Silent-Aire with auditors and regulatory representatives, customers and vendors
Excellent computer skills
Ability to attend and conduct staff presentations as required
A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
