About the role
An opportunity has arisen to join the Nominees team within the Client Services department.
The successful candidate can expect to learn end-to-end settlement and post settlement activity within the Client Services function. This specific role will include ensuring that all domestic market and non-market activity on client accounts is recorded accurately and that all existing controls are observed. In the role, the successful candidate will:
Develop knowledge in all aspects of the Davy Nominee function; Ensuring physical documentation relating to domestic settlements is processed to client accounts and accurately recorded on the day of receipt; Ensuring the effective settlement of all domestic sales on behalf of clients; Reconciling control accounts, within agreed timescales and rectifying discrepancies; Resolving queries from portfolio managers and dealers; Ensuring accurate and timely charging and invoicing for Davy Nominee services; Applying stamp duty and money laundering rules to non-market activity; Ensuring that corporate meetings are recorded and that proxy votes are submitted on time. Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the roleRequirements
About you
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
A business/finance graduate or equivalent; Excellent accuracy and attention to detail; A positive customer service orientation; A proven record as a strong team player; A strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines; A positive attitude, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.What we offer
