The Guinness Ireland Marketing team strive to create bold, brave and disruptive work that builds on the brand’s remarkable legacy. This team has created work like ‘Don’t Jinx It’, ‘Singing Pints’, ‘FootPints’ and ‘Live and Rising’ that has connected with Irish consumers.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help take the brand to the next level of growth- putting the brand at the heart of Irish culture and driving innovation through Guinness 0.0 to make moderation aspirational.

A successful applicant will have a track record of leading agencies and cross functional teams to deliver brilliant work at scale. Will be able to connect creativity to commercial impact and galvanise an organisation behind their vision.

Top Accountabilities
The role will be responsible for leading the innovation and experiential marketing agendas for Guinness in one of the brand’s biggest markets. 

This requires a marketer who has a strong track record of delivering compelling brand storytelling using multi-channel planning whilst also displaying strong commercial acumen to deliver marketing performance and influence key stakeholders.

This role will require a leader with strong emerging strengths in the four Diageo leadership competencies.

This is a senior marketing role so the ideal candidate will ideally have circa 10 years of experience working with big brands with proven track record of delivering successful marketing programmes.
