The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People Team at Cubic Telecom. In this multifaceted role, you will support various departments, ensuring the seamless execution of HR programs and policies. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a positive employee experience and contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will bring well-rounded HR experience and a strong commitment to our team and culture, helping cultivate an environment where employees thrive and feel valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Support all employees by providing guidance and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Support our Senior HR Business Partner with ER issues.
- Support on initiatives for employee development and career progression.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for both employees and managers.
- Analyse survey data to identify areas for improvement in order to enhance employee engagement.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment law to ensure compliance.
- All other ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
- Strong understanding of employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
