Know The Role

Zadig et Voltaire in our Brown ThomasGrafton street store are currently looking for a Sales assistantto join their team on a Full Time 37.5hours permanent contract.

You main task will be

Be a brand ambassador and embrace the Selling CeremonyDrive sales, worm welcome, exceptional approach, use appropriate sales technique from start to closing the saleBe part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs Be able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship managementBe able to communicate efficiently and effectivelyBe knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic piecesFollow company policy and procedureMaintain of the replenishment, follow up stock transfers, processing the deliveriesmaintain a luxurious store environment and standards and ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition Follow the health and safety guidelines1 year luxury fashion experience
