Know The Role
Zadig et Voltaire in our Brown ThomasDUNDRUM store are currently looking for a Sales assistantto join their team on a Full-time37.5hours Permanent contract.
You main task will be
Be a brand ambassador and embrace the Selling CeremonyDrive sales, worm welcome, exceptional approach, use appropriate sales technique from start to closing the saleBe part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIsBe able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship managementBe able to communicate efficiently and effectivelyBe knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic piecesFollow company policy and procedureMaintain of the replenishment, follow up stock transfers, processing the deliveriesmaintain a luxurious store environment and standards and ensure the shop floor and stock room standards are maintained in a clean, tidy conditionFollow the health and safety guidelinesFlexible, punctual with strong work ethicKnow What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is attentive, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling clientsThe Sales Assistant will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process, describing the product, always focusing on delivering the highest customer experienceYou will support the store management in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees development2 years luxury fashion experienceKNOW HOW WE WORK
