Zadig et Voltaire in our Brown ThomasDundrum store are currently looking for aConcession manager to join their team on a Full-time 37.5Flexible hours.
You main task will be
Be a brand ambassador and embrace the Selling CeremonyDrive sales, worm welcome, exceptional approach, use appropriate sales technique from start to closing the saleBe part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIsLead your team by exampleCoach your team in delivering exceptional and personalised customer experienceLead your team towards success through training and coaching in order to exceed the store objectives and KPIsYou are constantly present on the shop floor and fully available to look after customers needsBe able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship managementBe able to communicate efficiently and effectivelyBe knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic piecesKnow What We're Looking For
who is attentive to detailsreliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and confident in engaging and styling clientsYou are role model in everything you do, and you share your knowledge and skills with your teamThe Concession manager will welcome and assistcustomers throughout the entire sales process while supporting and coaching their team towards excellence, always focusing on delivering the highest customers experience As a Concession manager, you are part of maximising store targets, providing an optimal and personalized customer service while complying with Zadig and Voltaire procedures and standardsYou will support the store manager in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees developmentBe eager to learn, develop yourself and others2 year minimum in fashion management skill , and people skillsKNOW HOW WE WORK
