About the role
The CRM Analyst will be responsible for analysing customer and consumer data or insights, providing insights, and supporting the development and optimization of CRM strategies. This role requires a data-driven individual with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at interpreting data to inform business decisions and enhance customer relationships.
Key accountabilities
Collect, analyse, and interpret customer/consumer data insihgts to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities. Generate regular reports on CRM performance, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve CRM strategies. Assist in the management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Support the implementation of CRM tools and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM data and system functionality. Develop and maintain customer/consumer segmentation models to support targeted marketing campaigns. Analyse the effectiveness of segmentation and targeting strategies, and suggest improvements. Work with the marketing team to create and execute personalized marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyse the performance of CRM campaigns and initiatives. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for campaigns. Provide insights on campaign success and areas for improvement. Assist in mapping customer journeys and identifying key touchpoints. Analyse customer interactions across various channels to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journey stages. Work closely with the channel marketing and planning, brand marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for CRM initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. Support ad-hoc analysis requests and special projects as needed.About you
Proven experience (2+ years) in a CRM analyst or similar role. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience within an FMCG background with an emphasis on delivering against KPIs and driving profit through system optimisation and implementation.About us
