KNOW THE ROLE
Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for an Assistant Business Manager to join our sparkling new Cork counter. A Trinny London Artist is the true heart of where everything happens. You’ll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You’ll do this by combining your next-level artistry skills with impressive product knowledge and a passion for people. You believe in the product being accessible to everyone, and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of who you’re talking to.
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
Conduct all types of services such as pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience to allDelivering impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customerEmbody Trinny London’s brand and style and priding yourself on knowing that your customers are returning back to youEnsure that you, your team and counter are meeting business objectives, targets and KPIs, and addressing any underperformance, seeking support from the Training Team or your Business Development Manager where deemed necessarySupporting the Business Manager with the daily, monthly and quarterly running of the counter, supporting to create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving salesUse our HR system, for reporting and employee file managementAssist with 121s and reviews, championing your team’s ambitions to progressMotivate your team to continually strive to improve their artistry and product knowledge, utilising education and training team and resourcesAssist the business manager with event planning and stock managementKNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Being an influential leader to the team who inspires and motivates the team to succeed and achieve their goalsExperience with customer relationship management and data capture targetsExperience within a retail beauty or cosmetics environmentPassionate about makeup and skincareAdaptable and confident with an ever-changing, fast-paced environmentPositive and can-do attitudeComfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIsPersonable with a customer-centric mindsetPunctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekendsExperience with Excel, Microsoft, and Google sheetsWe love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.KNOW HOW WE WORK
