Job Description

To provide excellent Customer Service, process Customer orders, handle Customer calls & queries. To provide administrative sales support to the standard required by the Company.

  • Process Customer Orders, Credits & Returns.
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage customer’s requests as their first point of contact.
  • Work with the Logistics department to arrange deliveries and collections within specified service level agreement, Advising and updating customers of Stocks and delivery dates.
  • Complaint Handling – raising and resolving customer complaints or concerns.
  • To perform general office duties including being the first point of contact for incoming calls.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ERP Systems, Microsoft Word & Excel and Email
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices
  • Order Processing experience an Advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation   
  • Attention to detail & Reliability
