About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened up as an Executive Assistant. In the role, the successful candidate will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to two executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executives.
- Attend senior management meetings with responsibility for drafting agendas, minute taking, documenting actions and assigning accountability.
- Assist PCF and CF role holders meet their IAF obligations.
- Assist with various tasks, including researching and compiling data, preparing reports, and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the executive leader.
- Assist with organizing events and meetings including coordinating logistics, diaries and 3rd party dependencies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned including expenses, invoices, minutes and follow up actions as recorded or required
- Comply with the risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role;
- Undertake any other ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements
About you
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
- 5 years + proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Ability to plan and anticipate situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
