The Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the position of HR Recruitment Coordinator is to act as a support to our HR & Operations teams. This position reports to the HR Manager, within the Irish team, and supports the overall function within our Irish business. The role is based within our Head Office in Maynooth, Co Kildare, and will require travel to our customer site on a weekly basis.

Work Schedule
39-hour regular working week (Monday to Friday)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting the full cycle recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Strategically support the recruitment needs of hiring managers, from entry level technicians to senior level engineers, understanding their needs and objectives
Advise on innovative sourcing methods including social media and other channels with reference to headhunting or sourcing passive candidates on the market
Manage and ensure the company's CV screening and selection process meets the requirements of hiring managers and best practice
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Negotiate/manage offer process
Manage recruitment database to ensure smooth search facility, with relevant up-to-date information in line data protection legislation
Develop expertise in the company HR Strategy and become a leading advocate of HR tasks and implementation plans
Reporting on recruitment KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
General HR Administration tasks - New employee HRIS set up, contracts administration, etc.
Role Requirements
Minimum 1 years' experience in agency, industry or "in-house" recruitment / HR / administrational role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
