The Document Controller is responsible for maintaining all information within our CDE (Common data environment) throughout the entire life cycle of our developments and play a key role in the implementation of innovative construction technologies.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Coordinate the collation and review of design documentation.
  • Conduct CDE Training sessions with glenveagh staff and our contractors.
  • Provide technical support for the CDE to Glenveagh staff and our contractors.
  • Coordinate the Collation and review of BCAR and project handover documentation.
  • Update and issue weekly reports
  • Coordination and liaise with all parties involved in a construction project
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements

  • Significant experience in construction document controller or Site Clerk position
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Common Data Environments (CDE)
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office package
  • Understanding of construction projects and documents
  • Experience of working in a multi-project environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
