A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group:
10+ years' experience leading the design and delivery of large scale or complex business or technology programmes. Some prior experience working as a consulting professional is preferable.Expertise across in programme phasing and structures, planning and controls, governance and reporting, and programme tools, methodologies and approach.Problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, lead a team and achieve programme benefits.Experience of people development, coaching and mentoring team members.Project and Programme Management qualifications including relevant post graduate courses (, PGradDip, MBA) and recognised industry credentials (, PMP, PgMP, SaFE, ACP)Earlier career in the project management of business critical or crisis driven projects in a consulting capacity or with a large public/private enterpriseExperience from across industry sectors, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, Energy and Healthcare

Play a lead role in a client focused, high performing, multi-disciplinary team to design, structure and deliver large scale programmes and projectsWorking with core competency colleagues to further the KPMG Project Management Community of Practice and contribute to client accelerator frameworks, process and tools
