The Moodle Administrator/Tech Support is under the direction of the IT Department. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide support to the IT Department within RCSI with specific responsibility for the RCSI Moodle VLE. The successful candidate will have considerable experience of VLE Site administration. You will have specific responsibility for the support, maintenance, and administration of the RCSI Moodle VLE. Specifically, the duties of the post are: • Administer Moodle queries• Provide technical support for queries in relation to Moodle• Provide and prepare LMS consulting, training and technical documentation• Provide day to day issue resolution and support to key stakeholders• Regulate and enforce the RCSI Moodle style guide and course structure standards and guidelines• Provide guidance on best practice in Moodle site/course structure in relation to online learning• Stay current with technical trends and research improvements for the College's LMS Click on the link(s) below to view documents Filesize 188.8
