Summary:Position Overview:
Join The Coca-Cola Company’s Customer and Commercial Technology (CCL) team and help us build the next generation of commercial strategy & revenue growth management products. Join our team in Dublin and work with our development partners and colleagues across Europe to deliver scaled business value through the implementation of digital product solutions and services.
The team will be responsible for supporting the Product Lead in data analysis and requirements gathering for the enterprise software solutions behind The Coca-Cola Company's growth strategies. You will work closely with Europe and Global data, analytics and IT teams to enhance, refresh and deploy or integrate our suite of world class digital tools.
This role will be responsible for partnering with Operating Unit and Bottler IT teams on the collection of user requirements and analysis of business processes. Day to day work will include data analysis, requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, training & deployment facilitated through agile ways of working.
What You’ll Do for Us:
Leading business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
Leading data analysis workstreams and connecting, cleansing & manipulating large data sets
Working on business case creation, to asses’ solutions and their ROI.
Record, follow and manage the development of the requirements in a workable solution that meet the stakeholders’ needs
Support technical and business stakeholders in mapping the AS-IS state and leading the design of future state processes.
You will develop a clear understanding of the exciting technical solutions and how they are functioning.
You will be able to lead Gap Analysis sessions and propose workarounds or new development in a way that will meet business needs in the most cost-efficient way.
You will be experienced in Writing systems /solutions specifications.
Proven track of being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to map and define use cases and user journeys, in a way that are clear and simply understood by audience with limited technical skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3-5 years Business Analysis experience within an IT organization or management consultancy
Proven track of working as part of dev team for multiple products /projects
Working experience as part of Agile and Scrum teams.
Experience of working in FMCG environments is beneficial
Functional Skills:
Understanding of the SDLC and its stages.
Knowledge of Commercial technologies and best practices
Good knowledge of business analysis best practices and ability to effectively apply them.
Ability to Understand the business objectives and to translate them to the development teams.
Project management experience.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Project and requirement management tools (Jira, Azure Boards, etc. )
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and deliver results even in ambiguous situations
Nice to have: SQL experience
Nice to have: Data visualization experience
