BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Business Development Representative. In this role, your key responsibility will be to support a set of MDC vendors within the Arrow portfolio, in growing their revenue within the Irish market.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? 

You will be supporting the vendor sales team in account management and lead generation activities. Working with Arrow marketing team to design and execute business plans. Maximizing opportunities with existing partners and net new accounts. Calling out to target customers to introduce the Arrow ECS Value proposition. Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services. Some inside sales duties, requesting quotes/ensuring orders are processed in a timely fashion. Own the relationship and be the key point of contact for a dedicated list of accounts. Engage in regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with accounts. Own a revenue and NGP target for aligned vendors but work with your peers to identify and close cross sell and co-sell opportunities.

What are we looking for?  

Desirable is at least two years’ previous sales experience, within a similar environment and/ or knowledge or experience of the IT security sector. Computer skills – particularly Word, Excel, use of email etc. Product knowledge is not necessary as training will be provided. Fluency in English.
