Hybrid working - two days onsite - Dublin 2 No billing

In this role, you will provide the following support: 

Diary management, organising comprehensive itineraties, travel booking and meeting coordination. Document preparation, drafting contracts and legal documents. Client correspondence. Inbox management. File management, updating database and maintaining accurate records.

For consideration for this role you will need to have: 

3+ years experience as a Legal PA / Corporate EA (ideally working within a Finance, Asset Management or Capital Markets department) Strong MS office skills; experience using 3E is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, ability to work as a team and to operate efficiently with multiple competing priorities.
